Frequently asked questions
Can I use one report for multiple roles?
We recommend one report per distinct role/level/location. If you’re interviewing for very similar roles, you can reuse the logic, but the band is calibrated for the role you choose during onboarding.
What if my assessment or mock goes badly?
That still tells us something real about your current market-worth. In edge cases (internet issues, clear misfit of questions), we’ll review and may offer a retake at our discretion.
Will companies actually listen to this?
Some will, some won’t. The report is designed to help you speak more clearly and calmly about salary — which usually leads to better conversations, even when the number can’t move fully to the top of the band.
Can I show the full report to HR?
You can, but we usually recommend sharing the employer-facing summary only and keeping the commentary pages for yourself.

It takes about 10–15 minutes to onboard, 20–30 minutes for the assessment and 30 minutes for the mock interview. Your report is usually ready within 48 hours of that.
