The rules for using NesaWorks.

These Terms govern your use of the NesaWorks website, reports, dashboards, assessments, mock interviews and employer solutions. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to all users of NesaWorks, including individuals, students, employees, employers and institutional partners. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Accounts & access

When you purchase a report or activate a gifted report, an account is created for you.

  • You must provide accurate information during onboarding.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality.
  • You must not share your login with others.
  • If unusual activity is detected, we may temporarily lock your account for safety.

3. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity, skills or background during assessments or mock interviews.
  • Record or redistribute mock interviews without consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy NesaWorks’ analysis process.
  • Use dashboards or scripts for commercial resale.

4. Service delivery

NesaWorks provides salary analysis, assessments, mock interviews and employer-focused advisory services. While every effort is made to deliver accurate and timely reports:

  • Report timelines may vary based on workload or operational constraints.
  • Mock interviews and assessments must be completed within the validity period.
  • Failure to attend scheduled interviews may require rescheduling (one free reschedule is provided).

5. Report accuracy

NesaWorks uses assessments, mock interviews, expert evaluations and market data to provide accurate salary insights. However:

  • Salary bands are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Employer decisions depend on factors outside our control.
  • You are responsible for how you use negotiation scripts or advice.

6. Limitations of liability

NesaWorks is not liable for:

  • Job offers lost due to negotiations or salary expectations.
  • Decisions made by employers or third-party interviewers.
  • Incorrect inputs provided by the user during onboarding.
  • Delays caused by technical issues or third-party providers.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including assessments, scripts, dashboards and salary frameworks, is owned by NesaWorks. You may not reproduce or resell any part of the service.

8. Billing & payments

9. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
